And it burns, burns, burns...

Well my pictures are finally back, so I thought I'd share a few that I took in Edmonton a few weeks ago when Sean and his band Flood of Fire came to play. I'm hoping to find a cheap flight to go see him in the next month or two. I've never been to Vancouver, so can anyone give me some suggestions of places to go and things to do/see? They have to be things I can get to by transit, and that I can do on my own...

I fought the law, and the law won...

I was going to say that Sean is the one in the black t-shirt, but it seems that most of the guys were favouring black that night...

Two Flood of Fire fans, who we just found wandering around the mall.

Good for your parents for going. It is great that they are intersted in what Sean is doing.

Hey man ... like, that's 'way cool! But in keeping with the C&W caption theme ... we're still going thru "those 'rockin years" ... however, as George Jones might add: "I don't need no 'rockin chair" (just yet!)

Memorial Update:There was a beautiful memorial service for Jonathan Guerrero in Ft. Worth 11/8, I'm told, and there will be a memorial jam session 1/28, also in Ft. Worth, Texas. I will see if I can find and add contact information for anyone interested. 15.068 Every Saturday, one of my favorite pastimes used to be going to my local warehouse club and trying all of the free food samples. I soon realize that freebies make me more likely to purchase items not on my list. Which is exactly what warehouse clubs want! They're not just giving out samples out of the kindness of their heart or to give you power snack while shopping. The purpose is to get people to buy their products. So now when I see samples, walk on by to keep my waistline trim and money in my wallet. 2. Don't get caught in the sale frenzy. 3 Degrees, 113 N. 5th St. (612-781-8488) . com
