Oh my word! That was amazing, yet seemingly odd. I know that he was playing Inspector Gadget, but the second I can't quite think of the name...even though I've heard it a few times...hmmm...

from what i gather, this guy is a busker...he has some other songs that he does, one of which is the sesame street song! well, you guys got the first song, it is indeed inspector gadget...as for the second? it's a tough one...
