A nightmare come back to haunt me?


I received this in my mail yesterday. Could somebody please tell The Shoe Company that the 80's called. They want back their....well....quite frankly they want back everything in this picture. Who in their right mind would go out looking like this? Most of us have been there and done that....TWENTY YEARS AGO!!! The only thing she is missing is a head of luscious permed locks, and back combed bangs. Wait, I think I do see some back combing there...

Horror or horrors...you'll never believe what I saw the other day....wait for it....the 2000's version of jelly shoes...oh no I didn't you say? oh hunny yes I did! I went yelling and screaming from that store!!!

i've seen them too!!! grrrr... i was tempted to buy until i remembered the horrible blisters i used to get from them.

Stunning.... really I was stunned - not so much by the clothes, I knew they were coming, but that hair!! Really? They really wanna go there - are they crazy?! I take comfort in knowing this is a trend that won't last a decade. like it did before, I give it one to 2 seasons and then we shall be on to the next thing. In the meantime, why not have a little fun playing dress up?

just to post again....but I have to admit...one thing I've bought a pile of...yet again...and I made my mom do it for me in the 80's is the bright plastic jewelry!!! The big earrings and necklaces are sooo fabby!!!! love it!!!!
